{"id":2186,"date":"2018-09-13T13:40:36","date_gmt":"2018-09-13T13:40:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interreg-hr-ba-me.eu\/2014\/"},"modified":"2019-05-13T14:43:27","modified_gmt":"2019-05-13T12:43:27","slug":"tender-evaluation-programmes-open-till-28-september-2018","status":"publish","type":"novost","link":"https:\/\/interreg-hr-ba-me.eu\/2014\/novost\/tender-evaluation-programmes-open-till-28-september-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Tender for the Evaluation of Programmes open till 28 September 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Agency for Regional Development of the Republic of Croatia, acting as the Managing Authority of Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Serbia 2014 &#8211; 2020 and Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia \u2013 Bosnia and Herzegovina \u2013 Montenegro 2014 \u2013 2020, is inviting economic operators to submit their applications by 28 September 2018. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tender for the procurement of intellectual services of evaluating the <strong>Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia \u2013 Serbia 2014-2020 <\/strong>and<strong> Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia \u2013 Bosnia and Herzegovina \u2013 Montenegro 2014 \u2013 2020 <\/strong>(hereinafter referred as:<strong> Interreg IPA programmes)<\/strong>, published on 7 September 2018, covers the evaluation of the following aspects for both Interreg IPA Programmes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Managing Interreg IPA Programmes and programme procedures<\/li>\n<li>Interreg IPA Programmes implementation<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of Communication strategy for Interreg IPA Programmes .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>External evaluators working for economic operator contracted within this tender will analyze and evaluate the <strong>efficiency and impact of the Interreg IPA Programmes<\/strong>. The results will be used to provide necessary information and support to Programme bodies in improving the quality of Interreg IPA Programmes\u2019 implementation and to plan future Interreg IPA Programme policies.<\/p>\n<p>The experts are expected to begin with the evaluation in <strong>October \u2013 November 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complete tender documentation<\/strong> is available <a href=\"https:\/\/eojn.nn.hr\/\">here<\/a>.
