The Programme welcomes potential applicants to submit their applications via electronic Monitoring System (eMS) until <strong>20 December 2018 at 12:00h.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications may be submitted within the following Priority Axes:<br \/>\n1 &#8211; Improving the quality of the services in public health and social care sector;<br \/>\n2 &#8211; Protecting the environment and nature, improving risk prevention and promoting sustainable energy and energy efficiency;<br \/>\n3 &#8211; Contributing to the development of tourism and preserving cultural and natural heritage; and<br \/>\n4 &#8211; Enhancing competitiveness and developing business environment in the Programme area.<\/p>\n<p>The amount allocated to the 2nd Call for Proposals is <strong>EUR 25.966.626,00<\/strong> out of which <strong>EUR 22.579.675,00<\/strong> represents EU co-financing and <strong>EUR 3.386.951,00<\/strong> represents national co-financing. To promote utilization of sustainable energy and energy efficiency, will be organized during October 2018.<br \/>\nAdditionally, three Project Clinics will be organized during November 2018 in order to provide assistance to applicants of the 2nd Call for Proposals whose project proposals are at an advanced level of preparation.
