{"id":7186,"date":"2021-03-18T15:46:43","date_gmt":"2021-03-18T14:46:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/interreg-hr-ba-me.eu\/2014\/?post_type=novost&#038;p=7186"},"modified":"2021-03-18T15:47:27","modified_gmt":"2021-03-18T14:47:27","slug":"kick-off-conference-of-project-eri-health","status":"publish","type":"novost","link":"https:\/\/interreg-hr-ba-me.eu\/2014\/novost\/kick-off-conference-of-project-eri-health\/","title":{"rendered":"KICK OFF CONFERENCE OF PROJECT ERI HEALTH"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On 16 March 2021, Public Health Institute of Republic of Srpska organized online kick off conference of project ERI-HEALTH &#8211; Public Health Preparedness for Cross-borders Epidemics and Emergencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Project overall objective is to improve quality and accessibility of public health services in cross-border epidemics and emergencies. Project intends to improve anthropozoonoses and vector-borne diseases diagnostic services, which will enable the project partners to timely detect public health events. Considering the current situation with COVID-19 pandemic, the focus of the project is on improvement of the PCR diagnostic services for COVID-19. Project will also provide training for healthcare professionals on the anthropozoonoses and vector-borne diseases diagnostic, as well continuous coordination and informing target groups and general public on new and improved services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cross-border cooperation is necessary by the cross-border nature of the communicable diseases themselves. Where cross- border cooperation exists, coordinated efforts create both better results and synergy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ERI-HEALTH project is co-financed through the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Call for Proposals of Interreg IPA CBC Programme Croatia \u2013 Bosnia and Herzegovina \u2013 Montenegro 2014-2020.
