In July 2021 Inclusive Growth Network lunched the Inclusive Growth Postcards campaign \u2013 the aim is to showcase the best social impact projects in the following themes: Ageing, Health, Employment and Youth. Furthermore, the purpose of the postcards is to highlight that Interreg effectively tackles real social issues within regions cooperating in Interreg projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are happy to inform you that among 46 selected projects is the project We Care<\/strong> (Theme: Ageing) co-financed within Interreg IPA CBC Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The project We Care <\/strong>successfully tackles the problem of the insufficient institutional capacities for elderly with activities complementing the age-friendly environment of the day centers that value the resources, knowledge, and experience of older people.
