font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif; color: #747474;\">The amended version of the Cooperation Programme for Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020 (<a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-hr-ba-me.eu\/2014\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Interreg-IPA-CBC-HR-BA-ME-2014-2020_Cooperation_Programme_2.1.pdf\">version 2.1<\/a>) introducing performance framework was adopted on 14 September 2017. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif; color: #747474;\">The latest version of the Cooperation Programme for Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020 (<a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-hr-ba-me.eu\/2014\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Interreg-IPA-CBC-HR-BA-ME_version-5.0._major-modification-proposal_clean_final.pdf\">version 5.0<\/a>) was <span style=\"background: white;\">approved\u00a0<\/span>b<span style=\"background: white;\">y the Commission Implementing Decision C(2021) 2575 from<\/span> 12 April 2021.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-hr-ba-me.eu\/2014\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Interreg-IPA-CBC-HR-BA-ME-2014-2020_Cooperation_Programme_4.0._clean.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cooperation Programme (version 4.0)<\/a><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/interreg-hr-ba-me.eu\/2014\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Cooperation_Programme_annexes.zip\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cooperation Programme annexes<\/a><\/p><p>Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) was integral part of the programming process.\u00a0SEA was developed in order to ensure that environmental and possibly other sustainability aspects are considered effectively in programme preparation.<\/p><p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Annex_5_IPA-CBC-HR-BA-ME-2014-2020_SEA-study.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Strategic Environmental Assessment<\/a><\/p><p>Ex-ante evaluation was carried out interactively during the programming process in order to evaluate the programme, improve its quality, effectiveness, efficiency, management and impact on final beneficiaries.<\/p><p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Annex_1_Ex-ante_report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ex-ante evaluation<\/a><\/p><p>The programme Communication Strategy was prepared by the Managing Authority in order to provide overall communication framework not only to the programme bodies but also to the final beneficiaries. Communication Strategy aims at engaging all programme bodies to foster interactive dialogue between them and with the potential beneficiaries, beneficiaries and relevant stakeholders in order to involve them in cross-border cooperation thus leading to successful programme implementation. The document was adopted on 24 February 2016 by the Joint Monitoring Committee.<\/p><p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Programme_Communication%20Strategy_HR-BA-ME.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Communication Strategy<\/a><\/p><p>Evaluation plan sets out the evaluation strategy for the entire implementation period of the Programme, taking into account the recommendations of the ex-ante evaluation of the Programme, the budgetary framework and the elements that are to be reported to the European Commission within annual (final) implementation reports. The Evaluation plan has been approved by Joint Monitoring Committee decision from 30 November 2016.<\/p><p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Evaluation-plan_HR-BA-ME_JMC-approved.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Evaluation plan<\/a><\/p><p>The Programme rules on Eligibility of Expenditures sets rules and guidance for the beneficiaries requesting Programme co-financing as well as for programme management bodies participating in the control and certification of expenditures in the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020. The document is approved by the Joint Monitoring Committee on 25 May 2018.<\/p><p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Programme-Rules-on-Eligibility-of-Expenditures_HR-BA-ME_v2.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programme rules on eligibility of expenditures version 2.0<\/a><\/p><p>The Control Guidelines for Interreg IPA CBC Programmes lays down the basis for work of Control bodies of the Interreg IPA CBC Programme Croatia \u2013 Bosnia and Herzegovina \u2013 Montenegro, covering all participating countries.<\/p><p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/IPA-CBC-Control-Guidelines_version-3.0_final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Control Guidelines for Interreg IPA CBC Programmes v 3.0<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d7b6f83 elementor-widget elementor-widget-menu-anchor\"
