We are thrilled to share the success of the Implementation workshops, organized by the Interreg VI-A IPA Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro Programme that took place from 17 to 26 September 2024 in Podgorica, Split, Tuzla and Banja Luka. These workshops were a significant milestone for our project partners engaged in projects contracted in the scope of the 1st Call for Proposals.

The workshops covered essential aspects of project implementation such as use of Jems, communications and visibility, reporting, public procurement, eligibility of costs, project modifications, field visits, audits, and common challenges such as irregularities. Each session concluded with a Q&A segment to address participant questions and provide further clarification.

Almost 300 participants attended these workshops; 90 in Podgorica, 108 in Split, 43 in Tuzla and 46 in Banja Luka, demonstrating a robust commitment to the success of these projects. Engagement and enthusiasm of all participants were key to making these events a resounding success.

We thank everyone who attended and contributed to the fruitful discussions and learning experiences.
