As part of the RECIRCLE project, first educational workshops were successfully held in Bihać for students of “Harmani II” Primary School.
The workshops focused on sustainable waste management, waste separation, recycling, and reuse, providing children with an interactive learning experience that raises awareness about nature conservation and responsible waste handling.
The main objective of the workshops was to develop ecological awareness in children from an early age and to foster a positive attitude towards nature, the environment, and proper waste management practices.
By participating in these educational activities, students gained practical knowledge about how small everyday actions can contribute to reducing waste and protecting the environment. The workshops also aimed to encourage responsible behavior and a lasting sense of environmental responsibility among the youngest members of the community.
Through interactive and engaging activities, children were able to learn, explore, and have fun, while simultaneously understanding the importance of recycling and sustainable waste management practices.
