On the occasion of Interreg Cooperation Day, a workshop on communications and artificial intelligence was held on 24 September in Konjic, organized by the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Successful projects implemented under the Interreg IPA programme Croatia–Bosnia and Herzegovina–Montenegro were also presented.

Around fifty participants from government bodies of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro involved in the implementation of this Interreg program took part in the event, along with representatives of the local community and students from the College of Tourism and Management in Konjic.

An educational communication workshop on creating marketing campaigns, social media, and the use of artificial intelligence in this field was led by experts from the company Communis from Sarajevo and PR specialist Aida Lihić. In the second part of the event, Selma Tule from the Tourist Board of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton presented successful Interreg projects from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro, which have significantly contributed to the development of culture, tourism, and the economy of local communities.

At the end of the event, participants visited the Museum of Woodcarving in Konjic, whose exhibit was arranged thanks to the Commheritour project within the Interreg Danube transnational cooperation program.
