The Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat are pleased to inform you that the Project Implementation Manual (PIM) version 1.0 (August 2024) for all projects contracted within the Interreg VI-A IPA Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro Programme is available at the Documents / Implementation section of a Programme website, where also relevant Annexes (Procurement, Visibility and Communication) can be found.

The document represents the most important tool that follows each stage of a project implementation cycle and helps beneficiaries to implement activities in line with the Programme rules. This document addresses use of Jems, visibility, procurement, reporting, and all other topics relevant for successful implementation of projects.

Please note that PIM will be updated with relevant sections in the upcoming period.
