The contract is cancelled: In accordance with Article 36.2 of the General Conditions for Supply Contracts financed by the European Union, the Contracting Authority may terminate the contract if the contractor fails to deliver the supplies within the contractual time limits.
As no delivery has taken place by the contractual deadline, and based on written notification of the Contractor about the inability to fulfill obligations, the Contracting Authority terminated the contract with immediate effect by written Contract cancellation notice sent to Contractor on 1 October 2025.
