As part of the 21st International Ecology Fair EKOBIS 2025 in Bihać, Una National Park hosted the REVERS Info Day. Held on 6 and 7 September, the event highlighted the project’s achievements in protecting natural areas and promoting sustainable tourism, with a focus on innovative tourism products and services that enhance the shared natural and cultural heritage of the cross-border region.
Promotion of the Info Day included regular updates and engagement on social media, as well as live appearances on RTVUSK and Radio Bihać. These activities boosted the project’s visibility and generated strong public interest in the event.
The Info Day attracted a diverse audience, including representatives from institutions, the NGO sector, the tourism industry, and local communities. High attendance at the REVERS stand and presentations offered participants the opportunity to learn more about the project’s results, exchange experiences, and discuss possibilities for future cooperation.
Holding the Info Day within EKOBIS Fair provided a valuable platform to highlight the importance of nature conservation and support the development of cross-border ecotourism.
The REVERS project (Integration of Ecotourism Development and Nature Conservation in Protected Areas) is co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021 – 2027.
