As part of the To Zero Waste project, implemented through the Interreg IPA Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021–2027, the City of Mostar has procured 5,400 recycling bins.
The equipment will be handed over to JP Komunalno Mostar, the public utility company, which will carry out the distribution of the bins according to plan, aiming to increase waste separation rates and reduce the amount of waste going to landfills.
This project represents another step toward the vision of a zero-waste city, fostering environmental awareness and building the infrastructure needed for a circular economy.
