On 11 November 2025, the Zadar County Development Agency ZADRA NOVA organised a workshop titled “Resource Efficiency and Circular Economy in Public Administration” in Zadar, as part of the Recircle project. The workshop was designed for employees of public institutions, aiming to provide practical guidance on implementing circular economy principles in the public sector.
Participants explored key concepts of resource efficiency, waste reduction, reuse, and recycling, and engaged in interactive exercises and case studies to develop actionable measures applicable within their organizations.

A central part of the workshop was the P5™ Ontology (Green Project Management®) framework, which allows institutions to assess sustainability across five dimensions: People, Planet, Prosperity, Processes, and Products. Participants applied the framework to identify improvement opportunities and plan concrete steps for their institutions.
