Within the project “Cultural route of Becharac & Ganga” funded under the Interreg IPA CBC Program Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro, a study trip to Slovenia, Podčetrtek municipality was organized in the period from 24 to 26 May 2018. The target group of this visit were entrepreneurs, small family farms, associations, and other stakeholders who play a significant role in the cultural and tourist development of destinations Pleternica (HR) and Tomislavgrad (BA). Study visit participants had the opportunity to see the way of networking small family farms and tourist associations that manage the entire tourist, gastronomic and hospitality offer of the city. Also, participants attended several important economic entities and locations (Cooperatives, Catering and Religious Facilities and Tourist Attractions) that are examples of good practice. Finally, the participants had the opportunity to share their experiences and to consider the possibilities of their own economic development by strengthening the existing offer and expanding the offer according to the examples that they have seen on the journey. A total of 30 persons from Croatia and BiH attended the study visit.
