2nd Call for Proposals

The Managing Authority is pleased to inform you that the 2nd Call for Proposals of the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020 is now open.

Applications may be submitted within the following Priority Axes:

  1. Improving the quality of the services in public health and social care sector;
  2. Protecting the environment and nature, improving risk prevention and promoting sustainable energy and energy efficiency;
  3. Contributing to the development of tourism and preserving cultural and natural heritage; and
  4. Enhancing competitiveness and developing business environment in the Programme area.

The amount allocated to the 2nd Call for Proposals is EUR 25.966.626,00 out of which EUR 22.579.675,00 represents EU co-financing and EUR 3.386.951,00 represents national co-financing.

Tools for preparation of Applications

Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat prepared additional documents (tools) which may be useful in preparation of your Applications. Instructions provided in those documents are for information purposes only. In case of discrepancies between instructions given in the tools documents and those within the Application in electronic Monitoring System (eMS), the Application in electronic Monitoring System (eMS) prevails.

Electronic Monitoring System (eMS):

Questions and answers

Please note that questions related to the 2nd Call for Proposals may be sent in writing in English via e-mail no later than 10 days before the deadline for the submission of applications, indicating clearly the reference of the Call for Proposals to the following e-mail address: js@interreg-hr-ba-me.eu. Please bear in mind that the final decision concerning eligibility of applicants (Lead Partner and Project Partners), activities and expenditures will be brought by the Joint Steering Committee during the process of assessment of applications and is subject to final approval by Joint Monitoring Committee. Therefore, we cannot give a prior opinion on the eligibility via Questions and answers tool.

Energy Efficiency & Flood Protection workshop

A thematic workshop covering energy efficiency & flood protection topics from Priority Axis 2 of the Interreg IPA CBC Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020 is organized by the Managing Authority on 6 November 2018 in Sarajevo.

The venue of the event is hotel Sarajevo (Džemal Bijedić street 169a).

Project Clinics

The Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat of the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2014-2020 are organizing a series of Project Clinics with the aim of providing assistance to applicants whose project proposals are at an advanced level of preparation and need final assistance concerning project design or project budget.
