Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds of the Republic of Croatia, acting as the Managing Authority of Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia – Serbia 2014-2020 and Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020, is inviting economic operators to submit their offers for services of preparation of the Territorial and socio-economic analyses of the programmes in next financial perspective 2021-2027.
The subject of the Tender for the procurement of services for preparation of evidence-based Territorial and socio-economic analysis of the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programmes 2021-2027, published on 17 August 2020, is preparation of detailed analyses of programme areas which will serve as a basis for the following programming steps:
a) selection of strategic objectives and elaboration of the content of Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programmes 2021-2027 and
b) support to the Programming Task Force members.
Economic operator contracted within this tender will prepare two Territorial and socio-economic analyses of the programme area for two Interreg IPA cross-border cooperation programmes 2021-2027 to be the basis for the elaboration of the strategies of the mentioned programmes in accordance with the instructions of the Managing Authority and Programming Task Force members.
The tender is open to economic operators only, which are able to provide three experts fulfilling the eligibility criteria set in the tender documents. The offers must be submitted in Croatian language and in Latin alphabet.
