Culinary education and workshops within the CUHaCHA project was held in newly renovated culinary showroom within premises of Secondary school Mladost – Tivat, as a part of project activities.
These workshops have been designed by the representatives of local restaurants and service providers in the field of gastronomy which contribute to the creation of new tourist values and enables the transfer of knowledge.
Thanks to the CUHaCHA project within Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020, the kitchen was fully renovated and equipped in order to serve as a facility where practical and theoretical workshops will be held and where the importance of culinary heritage will be emphasized.
The main objective of the project “EnhanCing Sustainable ToUrism Development through Culinary HeritAge – CUHaCHA” is traditional food that has played a major role in the tradition and folklore of the countries of the program area, representing a basic part of their cultural heritage.
