The eMS is an online electronic monitoring system which allows programmes to collect and store all necessary project and programme information. It also allows beneficiaries to communicate with the Programme bodies electronically via secure online communication portal. Programme INTERACT has developed this software for the benefit of all Interreg Programmes.
