Our first thematic event of the 2nd CfP was organized in Sarajevo and covered Priority Axis 2 topics.
In addition to the 2nd Call for Proposals information sessions and project clinics, the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat organized this workshop in order to provide additional information to potential applicants within Priority Axis 2.
The event took place on Tuesday, 6 November 2018 with a session covering the 2nd Call for Proposals and both specific objectives of the Priority Axis 2, after which good practice presentations followed. Representatives of the safEarth and Smart Schools projects presented their experiences in implementing projects within the 1st CfP. Mr. Gulam from the Croatian Geological Survey presented how to address management of land use risks as part of the safEarth project and Mrs. Savić from the Centre for Development and Support talked about utilization of renewable energy sources as part of the Smart Schools project.
Representatives of a number of cities and municipalities, ministries, development agencies and utility companies from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro attended the event and continued networking on new project ideas.
