Rational energy use in public institution, particularly in schools, is the main segment for decrease of energy consumption, which is particularly emphasised during the heating season. The only way to follow up and plan energy consumption is to train Energy Managers.
Trained Energy Managers in buildings where they work and stay will promote the principles of energy efficiency, collect and analyse the data on terms of energy use, propose measures contributing to rational energy use and follow up implementation of energy efficiency measures.
