First Implementation Workshop held in Orašje on 4-5 July 2017

First two-day Implementation Workshop organised by the Managing Authority and the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020 was held in Orašje for project partners participating in projects contracted in the framework of the 1st Call for Proposals.
Beside representatives of the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat, the workshop was attended by the representatives of the National Authority in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Directorate for European Integration and representatives of the Bosnian and Herzegovinian Ministry of Finance and Treasury.
Key aspects of project implementation were presented to the participants such as reporting obligations, reporting in eMS, financial management of the project, project modifications, visibility guidelines, public procurement and first level control as defined in the Project Implementation Manual followed by Q&A sessions.
More than 40 participants attended the event.
