Joint Cross-border Education in “Digital Marketing” was held in Tuzla from 2 to 4 November 2021, with participation of 30 representatives of relevant institutions, organizations and service providers involved in tourism sector in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
Training programme enabled the participants a better understanding of different concepts and techniques in using the social media for promotion of different products and destinations in the tourism sector.
Through the interactive discussion and practical work, participants were able to gain new skills in creating and managing different promotional contents, including visual identity, promotional adds and web/facebook/Instagram posting. The entire concept of delivering specific topics in digital marketing was highly praised by the participants who benefited the most from the practical work and exercises, carried out throughout the educational course.
The cross-border component was highly promoted through the interaction and experience exchange between the participants from the partner countries.
