As part of the Safe Together Risk Prevention in Cross-Border Area project, a joint demonstration exercise was held in Daruvar, on 15 and 16 December 2022, in which teams from Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia participated.
The joint exercise was organized to demonstrate cooperation between partners and coordination of rescue teams.
Respecting the principle of solidarity, this cross-border cooperation was developed as a basis for the sustainability of project results and as a prerequisite for faster and better execution of protection and rescue operations in the cross-border area.
This joint demonstration exercise showed that the expected aim of the project: better preparedness in the cross-border area and increased level of security of citizens and material goods, was successfully achieved.
