The 2nd Call for Proposals of the Interreg IPA CBC Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014 – 2020 was marked with a Launching conference held in Trebinje on 21 September 2018.
More than 200 participants attended the Launching conference, marking the opening of the 2nd CfP on 19 September 2018. The 2nd CfP will be opened until 20 December 2018 during which a total of 25.966.626,00 EUR is available to applicants planning to apply their project ideas in four Priority Axes.
The Launching conference is organized by the Managing Authority in cooperation with the National Authorities: Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds of the Republic of Croatia, Directorate for European Integration of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Prime Minister’s Office – European Integration Office of Montenegro.
The Conference was opened by representatives of National Authorities presenting the Programme participating countries and by Ms Stella Arneri, Head of the Managing Authority, who highlighted the importance of cooperation of the three countries. The presentation of the Cooperation Programme and novelties of the 2nd CfP followed.
In addition to Programme-level information presented at the Conference, project NeurNet presented their first-hand experience in implementing the project within the 1st Call for Proposals. Ms Dženita Hukić, project manager of NeurNet, showcased how the partnership was created, what are the common challenges that brought together the partners and how will the project develop a cross-border solution addressing the sensitive issue of Parkinson’s disease.
Following the Launching conference, seven information sessions will be held throughout the Programme area, as well as two project clinics and a Thematic workshop on energy efficiency. Timetable on the information sessions is available here.
