The document “Programme rules on eligibility of expenditures” sets programme rules on eligibility of expenditures and guidance for the beneficiaries requesting IPA II co-funding, as well as for programme management bodies participating in the control and certification of expenditures in the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020. It was approved by the Joint Monitoring Committee on 24 February 2016. The potential beneficiaries preparing project proposals for 1st Call for Proposals are advised to consult the document before designing project budget.
