Project Implementation Manual for 2nd CfPs projects published

Taking into account that the first projects contracted within the 2^nd Call for Proposals started implementing their activities, the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat prepared Project Implementation Manual (PIM) for 2nd CfP in order to provide written guidance for project implementation to beneficiaries.

The document represents the most important tool that follows each stage of a project implementation cycle and helps beneficiaries to implement activities in line with the Programme rules. This document addresses reporting of the expenditures, visibility, functions of the eMS, procurement and all other topics relevant for successful implementation of projects. The PIM is uploaded in the Implementing a project section, where also other documents relevant for successful implementation can be found. We recommend project beneficiaries to study carefully all these documents.

NOTE: this version of the Project Implementation Manual is for beneficiaries of the2^nd Call for Proposals only. Projects contracted within the 1^st Call for Proposals must continue to use the 1^st CfP version.
