As a part of project activities an extensive research of crossborder culinary heritage has been done within project CUHaCHA. Trying to enhance sustainable tourism development through culinary heritage project partners found some interesting facts about local cuisine and traditional ways that were used to prepare food. During the research, project partners collected traditional recipes that are under risk of disappearing due to the increasing globalization and internationalization of the food market. Project partners brought to an end this activity which will serve as a base for implementation of future activities in the project: development of a culinary heritage monograph and culinary heritage trails.
