On 10 November 2021, the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union Funds adopted a Decision on initiating the strategic environmental impact assessment procedure for the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021-2027, thus starting the implementation of the SEA procedure for the future Interreg Programme.
In the process of determining the scope of the strategic study, we are publishing the following documents:
- Information on the procedure of determining the scope of strategic study for the Programme,
- draft Scoping Report that describes the framework, methodology, content and scope of data that must be processed in strategic study,
- Cooperation programme summary – Programme starting points and objectives in English language and Croatian language.
Hereby, we invite you to read carefully the published documents and deliver your comments by 11 December 2021 in writing.
In order to harmonize opinions on the content of strategic study and determine the final content of Strategic Study, Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds will organize a virtual consultations on 29 November 2021, at 13:00h. The link to the virtual consultation will be published few days in advance on the MRDEUF/Programme website.
