The Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat are pleased to inform you that the Project Implementation Manual (PIM) version 2.0 (March 2022) for all projects contracted within the 2nd Call for Proposals (2nd CfP) of the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 is available in the Implementing a project / Implementing documents section, where also relevant Annexes (General and Procurement) can be found.
The document represents the most important tool that follows each stage of a project implementation cycle and helps beneficiaries to implement activities in line with the Programme rules. This document addresses reporting of the expenditures, visibility, functions of the eMS, procurement and all other topics relevant for successful implementation of projects.

PIM 2.0 is applicable for 2nd CfP project(s) use from 11 March 2022.
