An “Implementation Workshop for Strategic Projects” was held today at the premises of the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds, intended for beneficiaries involved in the implementation of three strategic projects financed and implemented under the Interreg IPA Programme Croatia–Bosnia and Herzegovina–Montenegro.

The workshop was attended by around seventy participants involved in the implementation of strategic projects, including lead partners, other partner institutions, and programme bodies, with the aim of achieving greater efficiency in implementation.

Officials from the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds held a series of lectures covering topics such as the management structure of the Interreg Programme, use of the JEMS tool, communication and visibility, reporting, public procurement, and other important subjects. The lecture was interactive, and participants and lecturers exchanged experiences and views on all key issues related to project implementation.

The Ministry will continue to organize similar workshops and remain at the disposal of all beneficiaries and partners in project implementation, with the goal of ensuring high-quality absorption of EU funds under the Interreg IPA Croatia–Bosnia and Herzegovina–Montenegro Programme.
