The Lead partner (LP), Health Center Mostar (BA), will equip its EMS with 2 sanitary vehicles with pre-installed medical equipment, 2 respirators, 10 automated external defibrillators AED and educational equipment. LP will also organize education of non-medical population called “Reanimation of Basic Vital Functions” and education of medical staff in “Prehospital Care for Traumatized Patients” in programme area of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Joint exercise will be organized in Mostar to simulate coordinated response in case of an earthquake. The LP will coordinate project activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina part of the project territory and also invest efforts in coordinating project partners and ensuring effective implementation of all activities.
Project partner 2, Institute for Emergency Medicine of Zagreb County (HR) will coordinate project activities in Croatian part of the project territory, such as equipping its EMS with 2 sanitary vehicles with pre-installed medical equipment, 2 defibrillators and 2 defibrillators training stimulators, organize education of non-medical population called “Reanimation of Basic Vital Functions” as well as an education of medical staff in “Prehospital Care for Traumatized Patients” in Croatian programme area. Project partner 2 is also responsible for organization of the final conference.
Project partner 3, Emergency medical services of Montenegro (ME) will coordinate project activities in Montenegrin part of the project territory, such as equipping its EMS with 3 sanitary vehicles with pre-installed medical equipment, 20 automated external defibrillator AED and educational equipment, organize education of non-medical population called “Reanimation of Basic Vital Functions” and training for trainers and education of medical staff in “Prehospital Care for Traumatized Patients” in Montenegrin programme area.
