The CODES project is bringing together entrepreneurs, digital nomads, coworking professionals, startups, business support organisations, public authorities, and everyone interested in the future of remote work at the 6th Cross Border Coworking Conference, which will take place in Zadar, Croatia, from 12–15 October 2026.

The conference builds on the success of 2CODE project implemented under the Interreg IPA CBC Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2014–2020 Programme, and continues to promote cross-border cooperation, innovation, and entrepreneurship across the Programme area. Over the years, it has become a recognised meeting place for exchanging ideas, sharing good practices, and creating new partnerships among professionals shaping the future of work.

This year’s programme will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and networking activities covering topics such as the future of remote work, the practical use of artificial intelligence in business, cultural intelligence, destination branding for digital nomads, the development of coworking communities, and the potential of coliving to support smaller towns and rural areas.

The event offers participants an opportunity to connect with international experts, gain new knowledge, expand their professional networks, and explore innovative solutions that contribute to the development of the cross-border region.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required. Interested participants can register until 20 September 2026, or until all available places are filled.
