At the Monitoring Committee meeting, held on 16 February 2024, financing of 9 project applications was approved within the 1st Call for Proposals of the Interreg VI-A IPA Program Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021 – 2027.
The subject of approval were the projects submitted within the framework of two Specific objectives within Priority 2 of the Program: Specific objective 2.1 “Promoting energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions” – 4 projects and Specific objective 2.6. “Promoting the transition to a circular and resource-efficient economy” – 5 projects. In addition, the Monitoring Committee approved the “Small-project fund” (SPF) project, which will be implemented by the Croatian Agency for Small Business, Innovation and Investments (HAMAG BICRO).
During the Call, which was open from May 3 to August 2, 2023, a total of 217 project applications with a total value of EUR 280 million were received. The results of the evaluation of project applications for the remaining program priorities will be published in April 2024.
