As part of the implementation of the PA.CON II project, the City of Tuzla has officially commenced works at one of the city’s most attractive locations – the popular Ilinčica excursion site. This activity includes the adaptation of the Nature Park House complex, as well as the construction of a modern birdwatching tower.
Ilinčica, a favorite recreational retreat overlooking the center of Tuzla, will gain new amenities through this project that will significantly enrich its tourist and ecological offerings. The adaptation of the Nature Park House creates a central hub for visitors, providing a modern space for education and relaxation, while the adaptation itself includes the construction of an access ramp for persons with disabilities.

The construction of the birdwatching tower positions Tuzla on the map for nature lovers and provides a foundation for the development of “birdwatching” – a specialized and rapidly growing form of tourism. Among other things, these new facilities will offer schools and citizens direct insight into the biodiversity of Ilinčica, promoting the protection of birds and their habitats, thereby raising the ecological awareness of the public.
Through the PA.CON II project, Tuzla continues to position itself as a modern and responsible tourist destination that successfully merges the urban environment with protected natural areas. The City of Tuzla remains committed to creating an environment that encourages healthy outdoor living and the sustainable management of natural resources for the benefit of all citizens and visitors.
