PUBLIC PROCUREMENT The New Act Applies to Croatian Project Partners

On 16 May 2026, the Act on Amendments to the Public Procurement Act entered into force in the Republic of Croatia, as published in Official Gazette No. 48/26.

The new Act applies to Croatian project partners who are subject to the Public Procurement Act and are required to conduct public procurement procedures in accordance with the applicable national legislation.
