Within the RECIRCLE project, an educational workshop titled “Secrets of Good Things – Basics of Circular Economy for the Youngest” was held on 20 May 2026 at the Kindergarten Sunce – Jazine Branch, in Zadar. The workshop was delivered to a mixed pedagogical group of children aged 4 to 7 years.
The workshop aimed to introduce the youngest participants to the basic principles of sustainable development and circular economy through an interactive and age-appropriate approach.
Through guided activities, creative tasks, and educational games, children learned about waste separation, recycling, and reuse, while developing awareness of the importance of responsible environmental behaviour.

The programme was designed to encourage active participation and experiential learning, enabling children to better understand how everyday actions can contribute to environmental protection.
The workshop also supported the development of values such as cooperation, responsibility, and sustainable habits from an early age, contributing to long-term environmental awareness.
The Development Agency of Zadar County ZADRA NOVA organised the second workshop on “Resource Efficiency and Circular Economy in Public Administration”, held on 20 May 2026 at the Centre for Creative Industries INOVAcija in Zadar.
