A key segment of the project is the internal reorganization of the existing space, which resulted in its transformation into a modern and functional Visitor Center. The new Center is designed with the aim of improving accessibility and enhancing the experience of tourists and visitors by providing a dedicated space tailored to their needs.

As announced in the earlier phase of the project, this transformation not only enables easier and more practical access for visitors but also allows for a more efficient and attractive presentation of Tuzla’s diverse tourism offer.

Through this initiative, the full potential of Tuzla’s tourism resources will be better utilized and promoted, in line with the objectives of the PA.CON II project, which focuses on strengthening cross-border cooperation and tourism development.

The reconstruction has improved working conditions for employees as well as the overall experience for visitors, further contributing to the development of the tourism offer and the promotion of the city.

The implementation of this project confirms a commitment to the continuous improvement of tourism capacities and the creation of a higher-quality environment for both domestic and international visitors.
