2nd CfP Online Implementation Workshop Held

On July 9 2026, Joint Secretariat and Managing Authority organised an online implementation workshop for beneficiaries of the 2nd Call for Proposals (2nd CfP).

During the worksop more than 170 participants had a chance to gain the overview of the key requirements for successful project implementation. Participants received practical guidance on the Programme management structure, the use of the JEMS system, reporting procedures, communication and visibility requirements, and public procurement rules.

We would like to thank all participants for their attendance and active participation.

The implementation process will be presented in greater detail during the in-person implementation workshops, which will be organised during September and October 2026 in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. Further information on the venues, agenda and registration will be published on the Programme website and social media channels in following weeks.
