The implementation workshops for projects contracted under the 2nd Call for Proposals have been successfully held in Doboj, Vinkovci, Budva and Mostar.
Organised by the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat of the Interreg VI-A Programme Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2021-2027, the workshops took place on 9, 10, 15 and 23 September 2026, bringing together project partners from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
The workshops provided an opportunity for project partners to learn more about the key aspects of project implementation, clarify practical questions and exchange experiences. Participants received practical guidance on topics including project management and reporting, the use of JEMS, communication and visibility requirements, public procurement, financial management and other contractual and implementation requirements.
We would like to thank all participants for their active participation, engagement and valuable contributions throughout the workshops. We hope that the information and practical guidance provided will support project partners in the successful implementation of their projects and further strengthen cooperation across the Programme area.
